Sampling / Inspection Office
Our main office serves as the central point for all buyer communications and order management. The most important part of this facility is our In-house Sampling Unit. We know that for an exporter, getting the sample right is the first step to success. Our master tailors and designers work here to create perfect sample products based on your specific requirements. We ensure that every detail, from the fabric feel to the final fit, is approved here before we move to bulk production in our factory.

Our Production Unit
We take great pride in our massive manufacturing hub, which is spread across a vast area of 22,000 square feet. This facility is a fully integrated production center where every stage—from fabric storage and precision cutting to final stitching and finishing—is managed under one roof. Having this large in-house setup allows us to monitor every single garment closely, ensuring that we meet the highest international export standards while maintaining a disciplined production timeline for our global partners.

Facilities we have to deliver your order on time
To deliver the best quality across different fabrics, we operate through specialized production zones. While our main unit handles core manufacturing, we have dedicated facilities for specific fabric treatments. For high-quality polyester and technical fabrics, we utilize our specialized processing unit in Surat to ensure international standards. Similarly, our Noida-based unit focuses on specialized dyeing and treatments for like cotton, Viscose fabrics. This multi-location setup allows us to offer the best expertise in every fabric category, from polyester to fine cotton, under the strict supervision of Ayushi Overseas.

Units we can produce Monthly
Our production capacity is highly flexible and depends entirely on the order quantity and design complexity. For standard machine-made garments, we can comfortably deliver anywhere between 8,000 to 12,000 units within a 45-day cycle. However, this is just an estimate; if the design is simple and the quantity per style is high, we can scale up much faster. On the other hand, for highly detailed garments or handcrafted bags, we adjust our timelines to ensure that quality is never compromised. We believe in providing a realistic schedule based on the unique needs of every shipment.
